 Not many of you might have heard about "International Journal of Contemporary Iraqi Studies". It was established few years ago and it is "a peer-reviewed, tri- annual, academic publication devoted to the study of modern Iraq." It used to be edited by Prof Jaqueline Ismael and Prof Tareq Ismael. It is now edited by William Haddad and Ibrahim Aouda.

It's an excellent journal and we can support it either by subscribing ( personal subscription; £36 a year) or by submitting papers , book reviews... etc. at time of hardly any interest in Iraq, this is a platform where we can make our voices heard and thoughts read ( Iraqis and non Iraqis).
There are issues on oil, women, refugees, politics, economy, literature...etc
