Al-Juboury said that 60 post graduate forged certificates were issued, 19 of them are of doctorate degree and 41 of MA/MSC degree. He also added the office of the General Inspector found out that 9627 high school certificates were forged, and that there are 3726 forged documents and official decrees issued for the same period.
